One of my nails popped off within a week of getting nails done. Came to shop to have nail replaced n they told me I have to wait an hour to get it fixed when the tech that did my nails originally was sitting right there. This shop SUCKS
Nails are super fat and thick. They are also cricket And got the nerve to charge me an extra $10 for a white line. They got the nerve to say that I didn’t pay when I had proof in my debit card transaction. If I had paid in cash, I don’t know what would’ve happened. They didn’t believe me until I showed my transaction. The same lady who charged me said I didn’t pay🤦🏽♀️ Yeah, I won’t be going back
Horrible experience!! I have been going to this salon on and off for years!! I went about two weeks ago and an older technician messed my nails up so bad another one tried to fix them. With doing so my nails became so thin they felt like plexi glass!! ( mind you they removed my gel polish twice in one day) my nails were bleeding for weeks. When I felt like they were a little bit better, I return to the salon the women didn't even bother to look at them she just stated it's been two weeks... we can't do anything. I previously called the business to voice my concerns and stated my nails were too sore for anyone to touch them. Something should have caught my eye when a customer was in there cussing and fussing when I was there... needless to say enter on your OWN RISK!!
Just terrible. The service, took 2.5 hrs to complete this. Rushed. When I asked to fix things the tech lady told me no. Manager cursed out entire staff in front off full store of customers. 85$ for what was suppose to be gel coffin shape. Literal air bubbles underneath. Crooked. Misshapen. Polish came off my toes less then 24hrs. By 48hrs 4 toes had no polish. As you can see. Over chargers for sloppy sloppy work. Feet still rough like I was playing rocks. A dam shame. Worst nail salon I've ever been to. They absolutely butchered my daughter's nails. She had 7 long nails (her own) and three short nails. They also took her money, $37, and sent her home with her nails not done, telling her to come back the next day. I take her back and she calls me 10 minutes later telling me I could pick her up. When I say I was furious, I WAS FURIOUS. The guy who did her nails insisted that he put acrylic on her broken nails, but he didn't because they were broken off. He claimed to have used gel polish, but it looked like dollar store polish and he got polish all over her fingers and hands. He didn't file or buff her nails. The worst part is he asked her to pay another $15!!! THAT'S WHEN I WENT OFF! Never go to this salon. Overpriced and terribly unprofessional and unskilled.
